I am currently writing an email course about customer success for SaaS – it should be available in two or three weeks. I don't have any other content on the subject yet so I rely only on my research to find what my target audience wants to learn.
As I am making the final touches to the draft, I will be able to send it to a few people next week and start getting some feedback. But spending all this time without feedback has eroded my motivation a bit.
Starting today, I am going to publish something every day. At first, I wanted to write 500 words a day. But it might be easier to follow 200wordsaday.com and start with 200 words.
In addition to customer success, I plan to write about tech leadership, product management, software engineering, and product design. I am not restricting my posts to 200wordsaday.com and will publish them on various platforms and on my websites.
I will select one post every week and write a longer version for my newsletter. A couple times a month, I will compile popular content into much longer reads. And at the end of the year, or before, I will publish a book.
